Welcome to our web site

Hadley Disabled Sports Association are a registered charity who own the lease on a sports ground in Arkley. Our aim is to continue to create more opportunities for disabled people to participate in sport. We currently provide indoor exercise classes, recreational activities and occasional sessions in Disability Football, but we aim to expand these activities in the near future. Our focus will be on disability football. Football is a game played by millions all over the world, and that includes a wide range of disabled people.

It is arguable that football is the most popular sport in the world; millions of people play and enjoy it every week. It is therefore fitting that this international obsession is also a sport quite possibly played by the widest range of disabled people: not just amputees and wheelchair users, but also people with cerebral palsy, thalidomide damage or learning impairments. And that's before you consider people with hearing or visual impairments.
